Christophe COURTOIS
- Christophe Courtois is President and Chief Executive Officer of SûretéGlobale.Org. He has also been the managing director of the consultancy firm NETSQUAD for 15 years, and prior to this, he has managed a communication agency during 10 years.
- Criminologist, is legal expert with the Court of Appeal of Angers (in computer and cyber crime), and led internet projects during his international career. Defence Advisor of the Prefect of Maine-et-Loire for six years, is a specialist in communication, risk management and information technology.
- He participated in the crisis management cell of his the Department of Maine-et-Loire (French territorial division), and is a consultant for many Local Authorities and Officials for these issues.
- He teaches these specialties in four universities, five ''Grandes Ecoles'' in France and abroad, the national training center of Judicial Police (Centre national de formation à la police judiciaire - CNFPJ), the National School for Magistracy (Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature - ENM), the national center for territorial civil services (Centre National de la Fonction Publique Territoriale - CNFPT) and EFE (training for firms and Local Authorities). During his career he has trained over 2,000 students so far.

Alexis WETTERWALD
- Wetterwald Alexis, 35, he is been running the consulting firm LEXIS since 2001, having been a consultant in two leading consulting firms in security.
- He has conducted numerous studies and audits in security and safety, with local authorities, public services and businesses.
- Alexis Wetterwald and Christopher Courtois have been partners since 2005 in the implementation of Security Plans for Local Security, with more than thirty achievements.
- He is teaching or has taught in Paris V / INHES, in two universities, one ''Grande Ecole'', and territorail training institutes and EFE. He is a graduate auditor of the Institute for Study and Research on Security Companies (IERSE), and holds a Master "Safety Engineering" (Paris V) and an MA in modern history (Osnabrück-Germany and Angers).
Serge COLOMBIE
- Colombié Serge, 35, is in charge of urban risks in Drancy (City in the ''Grand Paris''), after having had the same responsibilities in Aulnay-Sous-Bois (in the ''Grand Paris'' area as well).
- He is teaching or has taught in INHES / Paris V, with unions and associations from local authorities and CNFPT. He has been writing articles and reference materials on the experiences at his various security positions. He is a practicionner and an a specialist in "crime-mapping.
- He is a graduate auditor of the Institute of Study and Research on Security Companies (IERSE), has carries on taking many security trainings (criminal profiling, prevention, crime mapping, etc.) in France and abroad. He holds a "Urban-Safety Politics & Systems'' (INHES / PARIS V) and a University Diploma ''DU'' Forensic science (PARIS V) and a Master in Security, Police and Society (DESS at IEP in Toulouse).
Yann-Cédric Quéro
- Yann-Cédric Quéro, 40, is a consultant in criminology and is also a lecturer and a researcher in the private sector since 1999.
- Specialized in local security and municipal police (Community policing), it works with police training centers and in university in France and abroad, presenting the nacessary analytical tools for local security and problem solving (COP, POP).
- PhD candidate in criminology at the University of Montreal (thesis on the governance of local security), where he carried out one year of quantitative-criminology (crime statistics) propaedeutique oriented. He graduated in engineering risk (Master Paris5-INHES, Social Sciences) and validated a Master of Business Administration (IAE) after his studies in Law.
- It also serves as a consultant on behalf of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Africa, where he developed victimization surveys and crime observatories.
- He is the designer of the International Observatory of the Prevention of Crime (OIPrev), based at the Centre for International Crime Prevention (Montreal).
Pierre DRAI
- Pierre Olivier Drai, 36, is president of the Center for Transatlantic Study (Centre d'Etudes Transatlantiques - CET) since 2006, in Paris, after having had responsibilities as Deputy Chief of the North American Bureau in the Directorate of Strategic Affairs (DAS).
- He was an analyst at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). He provides strategic studies to many CET clients, and leads a research network of twenty researchers.
- He holds a Diplome d’Etudes Diplomatiques Supérieures in political science from the Centre for Diplomatic Studies and Strategy (Paris) and studied before that Harvard University, the Massachussetts Institute of Technology, the Flinders University of South Australia, and Paris Assas II.
Jean-Claude VACHER
- Jean-Claude VACHER, 67, a French STATE REPRESENTATIVE (Prefect) was successively Prefect of Haute-Loire, Lot-et-Garonne, Indre, Ardennes, Vendée, and Maine-et-Loire. He has extensively traveled throughout France, even Overseas in New Caledonia and the French West Indies and Guyana as Defence Zone General Secretary. He has been member of missions to Poland, Tunisia and Morocco.
- The long career of Jean-Claude Vacher began in 1962 in the Administration of Taxes. Before he graduated at Sciences-Po Paris (Sciences Po Paris) in Political Sciences and at Ecole Nationale d'Administration (Ecole nationale d'administration - ENA), Jean-Claude VACHER has seen many reforms, especially the implementation of regional and local new powers to municipalities, regional and local assemblies.
- With regard to safety-security, Jean-Claude VACHER has experienced two decades as Chief of the county public services, and had to solve many difficult crises. He has been an auditor at IHESI.
- Since 1994 he is a Founder-Member of European State Representatives Association (today 25 State-Members).

- Pascal, 38, has been selected to be one of the happy few to work in Competitive Intelligence during his National Service at Dci-Intelco (96-97). He founded his own private Competitive Intelligence Agency ACRIE in 1998 and he has been asked to expend his local agency to a national CI network en 1999. Since then, Acrie Network became an international network with 17 agencies. He has been leading CI teams in Information Seeking, Strategic Monitoring, Protection of Innovation, Competition Analysis, etc.
- He has audited a French region in CI in 2001 for the Prefect of this region. He is a member of the 143rd session of the Institute of High Studies for National Defense (Institut des Hautes Etudes de Défense Nationale - IHEDN) and participated to the 14th Competititve Intelligence session of Ihedn. He is a member of the French CI Academy (Académie de l'IE), Institut de Locarn in the french region of ''Bretagne'', and the Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals - SCIP association.

- Currently head of the consulting firm Social Independent Risk Consulting (ISRC), after a training in law and politics. Until recently, she was an analyst on training at the Interdisciplinary Center on Urban Risks (Ciru).

- He is project leader assistant for the project MapCommander.

- Carine Freland, 35, is a specialist in crisis communication.
- She has written numerous Major Risks Documents for Local Authorities (DICRIM), and participated in crisis centers for Local Authorities and large firms.
- She was in charge or communication and media relations of the French Mutualité Anjou-Mayenne and Harmonie Mutualité (10 Mutual Fonds, 1500 employees, 116 branches in France).
- She is a graduate of IRCOM (Institute of Public Relations and Communication), she holds a University Diploma in computer assistance, a webmaster diploma, a "Software and Managing Computer Networks" diploma (Nantes Polytechnic School ), a bachelor in Educational Sciences (Uco Angers) and a a dipoma in Humanities psychology (Uco Angers).

- HURTH Christian, 48, is an expert in decision analysis and "planning process" in crisis management.
- He has held key positions in the Army, as head of operations planning for short and medium terms in Afghanistan and Kosovo within the NATO.
- He has advised and assisted major decision makers to assess a situation and make their decisions. Assessing the feasibility and risks, it considered alternatives, developed and led the final plans in national and international environment.
